We are looking for a highly motivated, hands-on Website Operations Manager to take ownership of day-to-day directory management, code maintenance, and content verification.
Daily Responsibilities:
• Moderate, review, and verify new business and job listings submitted by directory users.
• Ensure clean backend database operations by running optimization checks on the MySQL database.
• Assist in implementing new features (such as Job Apply modules, User Portals, etc.) using Core PHP, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Maintain high-velocity SEO practices by analyzing keyword rankings, updating meta titles/descriptions, and debugging sitemaps.
• Manage server-level configurations, rewrite rules, and clean URLs within the Apache .htaccess file.
• Monitor website traffic and search engine performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Basic Requirements:
• Sound fundamental knowledge of Core PHP, MySQL relational databases, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Prior experience managing or interacting with a LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) hosting environment.
• Basic familiarity with modern SEO principles (JSON-LD Schemas, Open Graph protocol, canonical tags).
• A proactive problem-solving attitude and the ability to learn and debug systems independently.
• Good written communication skills in Hindi and basic English to interact with directory admins and business owners.
